Each gourd is carefully hand selected for quality of shape, size, clarity and density.
It is then meticulously cleaned inside and out, hand sanded and polished. Before
beginning the time intensive artwork and, or carving, it is treated with a wood hardening
solution for added strength. Finally, the purse is constructed using the finest
materials available and then beautifully lined inside.
